Genichiro Inokuma was born in 1902 and spent his childhood in Kagawa Prefecture. As he moved and created works in Paris, New York, Hawaii, his style of expression continued to change. The works that he left behind show us various expressions that seem unlikely to have been painted by a single artist. This exhibition will introduce the works he created over his more than 70-year long career, as well as his challenge to find the unknown.
