Stamps Sometimes, we can find some stamped parts in Inokuma's paper works. He often used rubber stamps, which are shaped of letters, animals, heart and so on. In "Birds Have a Rest", several sorts of stamps were used, especially birds and hearts. If you look carefully, you find some guns pointing toward a heart. These guns are stamps, too. Many small circles in this work are also stamped. Maybe he used something beside him to do it, for example a head of brush's bar. In "A Flock of Baby Birds", he stamped his fingerprints. Some of them become baby birds having a bill and two legs and they are walking around in the work. "Letter for the 21st Century", some　numbers and alphabets stamped. A letter "G" is the initial of Genichiro Inokuma, it is his favorite and he often uses it in his works. In this work, there is a letter "F" next "G". Actually, this is the initial of Fumiko Inokuma who was his dearest wife. These works show his pleasure when he was making them and we can guess he enjoyed at that time.
